Mata Tape products consistently demonstrate high quality in demanding environments and undergo regular, stringent quality controls.
Mata Tape provides technical information based on practical experience but offers no explicit or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for particular purposes. Users must determine product suitability themselves.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Mata Tape. We reserve the right to refuse any order, in whole or in part, at our discretion.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only, beginning from order confirmation. Mata Tape makes reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery dates but provides no delivery date guarantees.
Ground shipping is standard. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery state and order total:
Payment is due within 15 days of invoice (Net-15) unless otherwise arranged in writing. Late payments are subject to a monthly interest charge of 1.5% plus a $25 processing fee.
Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
Ownership of the products remains with Mata Tape until full payment is received.
Mata Tape is not liable for performance failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.

All returns require prior authorization. Please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number before sending any products back.
Buyers must inspect all products upon receipt and report any damage or defects within 7 days of delivery. Products not reported within this window are considered accepted.
Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Opened or used rolls are not eligible for return unless the product is defective.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. For invoiced orders, a credit note will be applied to your account.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
